COUNSELING SUPPORT GROUP

Our counseling support group - Higher ground - is a haven for people who struggle with relational problems, codependency and substance abuse. This group meets once a week in order to provide peer support and bible guidance for overcoming and walking in spiritual victory. The mission of Higher Ground is to provide a safe environment where people can come and find the grace of God to overcome life's challenges, the hope for lasting wholeness, and their hidden potential and worth that Christ purchased on the Cross. The ministry works collaboratively with the Word of God, prayer, the transforming work of the Holy Spirit, and the support of peer counseling to promote emotional and spiritual growth and healthy relationships. We believe every person has the right and ability to mount up with eagles' wings and fly with dominion and victory over the limitations and challenges of the world.
