ABOUT US

The ministry of Isaiah 61 is an outreach of the compassion of Jesus Christ, through His church, to touch people in nursing homes, hospitals, and institutions.We bring the presence of God to people that are isolated, sick, and hurting. We have witnessed many receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, receive healing, and experience freedom from bondages during our visits. We are currently ministering to people in facilities located on Long Island and Queens, N.Y. It is our privilege and honor to visit these precious people, share the love of God, and see the Lord touch their lives.

MISSION STATEMENT

Isaiah 61 is a ministry birthed out of the heart of God to bring the compassion of Jesus Christ to people in nursing homes, hospitals, and institutions. We desire to bring the Spirit of the Lord into these facilities and see people saved, healed, and delivered by the power of God. Our ministers reach out and express the love of God to those who are lonely, hurting, and often feeling forgotten. Our ministry extends to those in the church body who are in need of prayer and encouragement. Our ministers reach out to strengthen the brethren in a time of need. We desire to see people restored and living out their days in the fullness of Christ.
