Upper Room's Revival Outreach (PRO) started shortly after 9/11 when Bishop D'Onofrio called for those who would minister to people who were experiencing their own personal "ground zero." Since then, PRO has been ministring in our cities and counties correctional facilities with weeky services, bible studies, one-on-one evangelism and mentoring.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to provide long term, effective ministry to the inmate population, their families and staff in our cities correctional facilities establishing these individuals in a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, effecting positive life long change as a result of bible study, fellowship and prayer.
