Born again in 1975, Pastor Vincent began attending Upper Room in Brooklyn, NY. In 1977, he moved to Long Island to attend Upper Room’s basement church on Priscilla Ave. As an 18 year old novice, Pastor Vincent orchestrated the building of Upper Room's first sanctuary which became known as “The 90-day wonder”. This 500 seat sanctuary was built in less than 3 months, followed by five extensions leading to the present building. Married in1980 to his wonderful wife Susan, they were blessed with three sons between 1983 and 1987 - Frankie, Vincent Jr. and Anthony. In 1982, Vincent was ordained as a pastor and now serves as overseer of Powerhouse Youth Ministry, The Lord's Island Pioneers and Rangers, Youth Church, Ushers and Greeters and Hospitality.
