For more than a decade Upper Room has had an established Bereavement Ministry. We meet monthly and come together to be a beacon of light and hope to those suffering from a loss. It is a meeting where those who are grieving can come in a safe environment to share their experience of pain and hope.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance (Ecclesiastes 3:1-4)
This ministry was birthed out of Pastor Lillian Zambelli’s personal experience through the loss of her husband. She understands how difficult it can be to go through the journey of grief. It is our desire as the Bereavement Ministry to help you find comfort and purpose as you sort through the challenges and adjustments you now face. Please join us for our monthly meetings; we are here to help you get through this season of your life.
